Terms of Service

By accessing and using Titan Quant Research Lab's website, platforms, and quantitative services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Titan Quant Research Lab provides custom algorithmic trading software development services, including:

• MT4 / MT5 Expert Advisor and Indicator programming
• Python-based trading systems, APIs, and machine learning pipelines
• TradingView Pine Script strategies and alert automations
• cTrader C# bot and indicator development
• Custom bridges, FIX Protocol engines, and database systems

Clients engaging our development services are responsible for providing precise project specifications, verifying system logic in demo/paper-trading environments before live deployment, and ensuring compliance with their specific broker's terms of service.

Upon full project payment, you receive complete ownership rights to the custom software developed for you. Titan Quant Research Lab retains the right to reuse non-proprietary code snippets, general mathematical formulas, and standard library components in future projects.

Development fees are established on a per-project basis. Consultation booking fees are processed securely via our payment gateway (Safepay) and are credited toward project development costs if you proceed with our proposal within 30 days.

We offer a clear and transparent cancellation policy for paid consultation bookings:

• Consultation Fee Refund Eligibility: A full refund is issued if cancelled before the scheduled date/time, if the provider fails to attend (No-Show), or due to technical failure on our end.
• Non-Refundable Scenarios: Late cancellations, completed sessions, client no-shows, or cases of system abuse are non-refundable.
• Cancellation Procedure: Cancel directly via the 'My Bookings' tab in your client dashboard by clicking 'Cancel This Booking'.
• Refund Processing: Processed immediately back to the original payment method. Card refunds take 5-10 business days; bank transfers take 3-7 business days; mobile wallets take 1-3 business days.
• Refund Amount: Reflects the full consultation booking fee. Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted by the third-party processor.

Titan Quant Research Lab, its engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, system outages, execution slippage, or financial damages resulting from the use of our code, indicator metrics, or custom platforms. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
